Genres: Tales of Whimsy... started out as place for me to review stories that could be considered whimsical or fantastical. But my love and weakness for cozy mysteries and Christian chick lit encouraged me to open the doors to more genres. Therefore, I am now (on a case-by-case basis) accepting fantasy, mysteries, cozy mysteries, paranormal, paranormal romance, romance, inspirational romance, romantic suspense, chick lit, chica lit, Christian chick lit, Christian Fiction, photography books, and occasionally cookbooks and science fiction.
I do happily accept both Young Adult and Adult books.
Case-by-case basis:
While it is always a great honor to be considered for a review, my cup is running over. Consequently, until I catch up with my growing book shelf, I am currently running on selective mode. This means (for the time being) I am only able to accept books I hold great interest in.
Genres NOT interested in: poetry, horror, erotica, and non-fiction
Subjects NOT interested in: zombies or demons
Timeline: I do my best to read and review books I have accepted within 2-4 months. ARCs receive immediate attention. If you provide me with a book, I will make sure to email you a link to my review as soon as it posts.

ARC statement: I do not sell Advanced Reader's Copies. I do however occasionally host giveaways for them on my blog. This helps promote the book. If you would prefer I not hold a contest for my ARC, please let me know ahead of time.
Blog tours: I ADORE participating in blog tours but I do not organize them my self.
Formats accepted: I accept ALL formats. While I personally prefer hardcovers I do happily accept paperback, PDFs, and Kindle editions.
My pledge to you:
- I will do my best to never accept a book I do not feel I will enjoy.
- I will not review a book I can not finish.
- I will always write honest reviews. If I do not like a book I will do my best to point out the positives.
- I will never include spoilers.
- I reserve the right to edit any of my previous ratings.
My rating system:
- 1 star = This book did nothing for me.
- 2 stars = This book was not my cup of tea but holds definite potential.
- 3 stars = I enjoyed this book.
- 4 stars = I really liked this book.
- 5 stars = I LOVED this book and could see my self owning it.
