The Friday 56 is a weekly feature created and hosted by Storytime with Tonya and Friends. Book Beginnings on Friday is a meme hosted by Becky at Page Turners. Please visit both sites for details on how you too can participate. The Friday 56 feature was brought to my attention by the stupendous marvelous Cherry Mischievous. The Book Beginnings Friday feature was brought to my attention by the very cool Aleksandra from Aleksandra's Corner.

I love both of the covers for this book, and it sounds quite interesting, even if I still don't really have a feel as to what it's about.

Ooh, two memes in one. Nice!

I'm not actually familiar with this author at all. Her book seems very interesting and I like her writing style. I think I've found a new author to check out!
