I got Lost in Austen for my wife for Valentine's Day this year. She played through it a couple of times and had a lot of fun. She read a few of the scenarios/scenes to me to play along with her. It seemed well written and a pretty cool idea. Definitely 'choose your own adventure' Austen style.
ReplyDeleteooo I love the cover for Tea with Jane Austen. I think it's just that I think the pattern of the china is pretty. It sounds interesting, though.
ReplyDeleteTea with Jane Austen, that combines two of my favorite things!
ReplyDeleteMy hubby Loved the Choose Your Adventure books when he was little. He said quite a few of them ended up with broken spines he read them so many times. Crazy! He actually enjoyed reading Pride and Prejudice (I know, shock, right?) so I may have to point him in the direction of the Lost in Austen book, he may like even if only read at home. Tehee! :o)
ReplyDeleteI seriously just FINALLY bought Pride and Prejudice.
