Cover Wonderment: Seeing Red

I have been completely and unequivocally obsessed with this cover ever since I first saw it
on
Cornucopia of Reviews. No seriously, I find my self gazing at it. It probably
has something to do with my obsession with tufted chairs.

According to Jennifer's blog this is suppose to be her spin on Henry James' The Turn of the Screw.
Scheduled release: August 31, 2010.

So tell me sweets, has any cover completely captivated you lately? 'Cause I could live in this one.

I own a couple of Jen. Cruise books but haven't read them yet. I have heard so much about her, and so many people love her. I really just aught to pick one up and read it.

  5. Gorgeous! There have been so many great ones lately but the most recent I saw was Maria V Snyder's Spyglass - the orange/red one not the girl with the hood.

  10. Pretty! I love red covers. I’m in love with the cover for Where I Belong by Gwendolyn Heasley at the moment. It will be my WoW choice later this week ;)

I read Jennifer Crusie’s Agnes and the Hitman earlier this year. So funny! I’d be curious to see how one of her books minus the male co-author reads.

  26. do you get the extra edition on wednesdays of shelf awareness that previewed her book today? also had a place to sign up to receive a copy of the ARC if you're not already on the list...AND had a fantastic interview with Crusie explaining her long venture away from writing alone.
