While doing a bit of online gift shopping today, I came across this scrumptious little treasure: Let's Bring Back: An Encyclopedia of Forgotten Yet Delightful, Chic, Useful, Curious, and Otherwise Commendable Things from Times Gone By with this downright charming book trailer. I am incredibly tempted to buy it immediately.Have any of you dears read it or seen it in person? After watching that trailer, I have the sudden urge to play some records and try a bouffant.

Never heard of this title, but if it is calling you, you should answer!

ReplyDeleteLadyTink & JessicaBookLover: Right? I SO need to just bite the bullet and order it ;)
ReplyDeleteNo, I haven't read that book but it does look interesting :)
ReplyDeleteCherry: Doesn't it? Do you like anything vintagey?
ReplyDeleteI haven't seen it before, but Chronicle Books does amazing things! I love their vintage line of books. I think that's where I discovered the book I sent you. ;o)
ReplyDelete1st daughter: Ironic because I found them when I was shopping for you! I'm sort of in love with them now :)
ReplyDeleteNo, not everything vintagey. Just sometimes. But there is a 1970's themed diner in Cardiff which I go to because of it's atmosphere... there is a nice nostalgic feel to it that I like ;)
ReplyDeleteCherry: *smile* It sounds like fun! Now I wish I could look it up ;)
