"She was rude. But I bit my tongue because there are two people you should never argue with: makeup artists and plumbers. Either can ruin you." - Very Valentine by Adriana Trigiani
Ok so technically I'm cheating. I haven't bought this book yet. I did pick up the Kindle sample based on my pal Michelle's advice (The Red Headed Book Child). So far it is so totally cute, snarky, and funny that I will definitely be buying a copy.

Fun teaser. I wouldn't argue with a plumber.

ReplyDeleteOkay, this is off of the teaser, but the other day I had a plumber here at the house. When he was working on the dishwasher he reminded me of Dan Aykroyd's impersonation of a plumber on SNL. Do you remember that?
I so enjoy Adriana Trigiani books! I love the Big Stone Gap trilogy. Valentine's story is fun, and I think there's supposed to be a 3rd part . . .
