Tuppence (fab nickname if you ask me) utters this line after speaking a false that was easier to believe than the truth. What struck me about this line is that it really is easier to believe fiction sometimes. Especially when knee deep in a good mystery.

Sometimes the truth is too difficult to believe as well. Love the cover and the name. Christie would be someone to travel back in time to meet for sure!

I agree. Sometimes fiction is often easier to believe. Which is why people sometimes make-up fiction instead of telling the truth.
