Please, I have to confess. What is "steampunk?" I think I like it. Not sure.
I have to ask the same question - Can you please explain "steampunk"? I really feel illiterate in all things to do with steampunk.
I am a 100% steampunk fan; thanks for this post.
This is useful for the next Fantasy Con in London in April 2012... :)
This is awesome! I read The Girl in the Steel Corset mainly because I loved her dress on the cover - I'm totally seduced by fashion. :) And though I think those corsets look super painful, I LOVE the stockings!
Thanks for the link! Love that picture.
Like many of the others...What is steampunk? I know I should know this but I really don't :(
How cool! I need to read more steampunk, I think.
love their stuff and your graphic for this post too!
Clockwork Couture is FABULOUS! (And they're in Burbank, CA!) The woman who owns and runs it is just a peach too. So sweet
Love it! Thanks for sharing :)
I think I'm getting Halloween ideas...
Juju, you always amaze me with the wonderful things you find. :)
Clockwork Couture is wonderful! I ordered clothes from them last year and love them - both the clothes and the company. I called with questions before I ordered and the girl I talked to was so sweet and fantastic and helpful.
GReat site! I'm going back when I have more time...and money!
Oooh...thanks for the link! Off to check it out.....
Im going to let you in a secret, I have yet to read a single steampunk book. AHH! I need to expand.
Ooh, a steampunk store?! This is fantastic.
Love. This. I showed my hubby just now and he's drooling over nearly every page. LOL He said we'd have to find somewhere to wear it all, but he'd really like the suit they have. Hilarious! Still, so cool! And since he's writing a steampunk novel right now I may just have to get him one of the pocket watches for a present some time. Thanks for the tip! :o)
I’ve never actually read a book that would be considered Steampunk. I’m feeling sheltered :) Hopefully I can rectify the situation soon.
Gorgeous clothes! Love the boots and jewelry! Fun, fun :)
Steampunk is pretty rad though I haven't delved in to the genre too much yet.
