This cutie caught my eye yesterday. Isn't it adorable?
The Atlas of Love by Laurie Frankel is about three besties/English-lit grads working together to raise Atlas. Cutie name alert!
Have you read it or heard anything about it?What do you think of the name Atlas?Did any books catch your eye this weekend?
The Roving Reader is a meme by Satisfaction for Insatiable Readers. It features fetching covers captured via cell phone.

Too cute! I'm not sure I like the name Atlas. It makes me think of Greek Gods or something. I haven't heard or read about this book. Its totally new to me. I've been busy with other stuff, so I haven't really had a chance to browse for books, so I got nothing... sorry. :-)
ReplyDeleteI feel ya darling. I've been busy too :)
DeleteGreek Gods? It kinda does doesn't it?
I love the name Atlas! I agree, it does remind me of the Greek Gods, but I like it! What a cute little smilie baby too!
ReplyDeleteI keep seeing this "Book of Awesome" when I walk into my B&N and it says it's filled with things to... well make your day awesome! It looks fun!

That name Atlas is adorable, reminds me of a map but still, cute! I definitely found a few books that caught my eye. One of them being Game of Throwns and Jessica's Guide to Dating on the Dark Side!

ReplyDeleteRight? He sound intellectual too :)
DeleteI haven't heard anything about this book, but it sounds super cute! I also like Atlas as a name, but I feel like teasing potential is high, especially when you hit 9th grade English and have to read about Greek mythology. Books that have caught my eye this weekend... hmm... nothing brand new, but I am looking forward to reading Inside Out and Back Again, which I got from the library. Hope you have a wonderful week!
ReplyDeleteTrue :)
