“We all have moments of weakness.
It’s how we recover from them that really counts.”
“Love is rarely flawless,” Carter pointed out.
“Humans delude themselves by thinking it has to be.
It is the imperfection that makes love perfect.”

I really love the first quote. It definitely makes me feel hopeful!
ReplyDeleteThe quote about love is so amazing too! 'imperfection makes love perfect' aww :)
LOVE that second one Juju. I couldn't agree more. Perfection would be boring, give me the flaws any day:)
ReplyDeleteAmen!
DeleteLove these quotes- I have this book on my TBR shelf. I love Mead- so I can't wait to hear your thoughts!
ReplyDeleteawww, both are such great quotes! i haven't read this series, but i love vamp academy.
ReplyDeleteThat is a great quote!
ReplyDeleteI have this book on my nook and I was JUST looking at it, trying to figure out when I can read it next! I love that quote, I like Miss Read's writing style!
ReplyDeleteIt's fun. This was my first of hers. But I've already purchased book two in audio.
DeleteI've read the first three books of Rachel Caine's Weather Warden series and I was disappointed. Avoided Rachel Caine since then. Maybe I ought to try her out again...
ReplyDeleteOoo this isn't Caine. But I've been thinking of trying her. Thank you for the warning doll :)
DeleteGreat quotes!!!
ReplyDeleteYou always pick the best quotes! Love both of these! You and your family have a Happy New Year!
ReplyDeleteThank you sugar :) I hope your New Year is fantastic!
DeleteGreat first quote
ReplyDeleteWell said indeed! Can't even decide which I like more! ^_^
ReplyDeleteThe second quote reminds me of a quote from the Emma movie with Gwyneth Paltrow movie where Mr. Knightley says something along the lines of "perhaps it is our imperfections that make us perfect for one another." Not in Austen's book, but I love the quote all the same!
ReplyDeleteOh yes! Good memory! I do love that movie.
DeleteOh I love these especially the second quote.
ReplyDeleteMe too :)
