Oh my goodness! That bowl is crazy genius! Love the HUGE log cabin too! The rustic feel and that chandiler is lovely. And of course, got to love those snarky cups, love the black and white design!
OMG! I think that log "cabin" is big enough that I could move in with you! Love the french farmhouse! I saved that blog, nice one. And... love the bowl!!!!! they need to make one big enough to hold a nook! LOL
Well, I learned three new things about Jane Austen today. Plus I love that bowl! It's so perfect for me as I always seem to have my phone with me at the table. (Yes, I'm typically eating alone.) :D
Out of all those things, the LOG CABIN is my favorite. I just love log cabins and that one was totally awesome with the trees built into the structure.
The French farmhouse is absolutely gorgeous. It makes me want to move to France. Even though I don't speak the language at all. If I could live in a house like that, it would be totally worth it!
I want to sit back in my log cabin while reading Jane Austen and eating Ramen noodles with my smart bowl in my lap all the while trying not to spill the soup on my book or my sea green dip dyed jeans. When the day is done I'll drink tea out of my snarky mug and then go to bed and dream of France where I'll meet my paperman and live happily ever after in the countryside in our beautiful farmhouse. ;-)
Okay I totally need to live in a French farmhouse. I, unlike Ms. Austen, do not hate the French at all. :-) I totally want that "Madame is served" plate too! Fab link roundup :-)
Love it all, especially the french farmhouse! I'm coveting this little reading den that is designed to look like a hobbit hole. Sigh, the woodwork is fabulous, and the windows...be still my heart ;)
what can I say....thank you. I am Polona, the illustrator behind the snarky cups, your post made me spill my coffee. I was so suprised. my cups are fortnight old and I was sure, that nobody in the world (except my poor husband, who can not escape them, since they are all over the living room) is aware of their existence, and than you go, and find them AND post the link,
...I was, I am, well, BEYOND excited. Happy. Glad. Grateful. I will brag about it. Polona
Cute jeans! I looooooove Paperman. Thanks for sharing! I enjoy drawing and always wished I could do animation. I like the concept of hand-drawn characters with CGI. Awesome cups and plates! Etsy always has cool stuff.
Loving the Jane Austen facts. Cannot believe Pride & Prejudice was initially titled First Impressions. Which I can see where she was going with, though Pride & Prejudice is just so epic and timeless. Thanks so much for sharing! :)
1/ Oh, I didn't know that Jane Austen hated the French! Poor me. Well, I guess I'd feel the same if they killed my cousin's husband.
ReplyDelete2/ Lovely jeans!
3/ This farmhouse is in Dordogne, which is where I grew up!
4/ Those ramen bowls are real clever.
5/ Oh my... I want to live there too. Our dream is to build our own log cabin (hopefully in England). But that won't happen soon. :(
6/ I saw The Paperman earlier in the week on another blog, it's such a charming little film! So romantic...
7/ Fun shop!
Happy sunday, Juju. :)
Awww I'm sure it was more because of the times ;)
DeleteOMG realllly? Oh Charlotte you simply must share some pictures of your hometown!
Oh what a wonderful dream. Do you want it in the country side?
Unfortunately I don't live in Dordogne anymore, but I go there once in a while to visit my family. I might take some pictures next time!
DeleteOh, and yes, we'd like a house in the countryside (but not too far from a city either). :)
Oooooo *fingers crossed that you get to visit soon*
